PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical combinations for treatment of pain.SOLUTION: The invention provides a combination comprising as components: (a) at least one 3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethyl-2-methylpropyl)-phenol compound represented by formula (I)； and (b) at least one NMDA antagonist, as well as a pharmaceutical formulation and a dosage form comprising the combination.
