The present invention relates to transformable patient transport equipment capable of being transformed into a back loading type, a wheel type, a bed type, and the like. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the transformable patient transport equipment comprises: a base frame； a saddle frame having one end connected to the base frame； a back frame having one end connected to the base frame to be able to rotate； and a leg frame having one end mounted on the base frame, including a pair of front wheels and a pair of rear wheels, and disposed on a lower side of the saddle frame. The back frame is rotated to a rear side to be transformed into a first position having an included angle of 80 to 100° with respect to the saddle frame, or is rotated to a front side to be transformed into a second position so as to be overlapped with the saddle frame in accordance with selection.
