The present invention relates to a hand piece (or hand drill). More specifically, the present invention provides a trigger type hand piece which allows a rod shaped body to be quickly and easily replaced by simply rotating a trigger member back and forth. The trigger type hand piece, in order to replace a rod shaped body (drill or abrasive bar) which is fixed to a tip of the hand piece and performs a predetermined operation, comprises: a cam member which rotates upward to apply external force to a collet chuck； and a trigger member installed to be rotatable back and forth to be connected to the cam member and rotatable up and down.본 발명은 핸드피스(또는 핸드드릴)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 핸드피스의 선단에 고정되어 소정의 작업을 수행하는 봉상체(드릴이나 연마바)를 교체할 수 있도록 상부로 회동하여 콜릿척에 외력을 가하는 캠부재와 상기 캠부재와 연결되고 상하로 회동할 수 있도록 전후로 회동가능하게 설치되는 트리거부재를 포함하여 상기 트리거부재를 전후로 회전시키는 것만으로 봉상체를 신속하고 용이하게 교체할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리거식 핸드피스를 제공한다.
