PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive patch that has a great effect of correcting the skin causing lines and bags, and is hard to cause unnatural pits to the skin, and further provide a sticking tool that can stick the adhesive patch on the skin properly.SOLUTION: An adhesive patch includes a film-shaped support having elasticity and an adhesive layer provided on one side of the support. The adhesive patch is constituted by including at least: a base part having one end and the other end； a first extension extending from the other end； and a second extension extending from the other end in the direction different from the direction where the first extension extends. When being stuck, the base part is stuck on at least a portion of a bagged skin portion, is pulled from the one end toward the first extension, and pulled toward the second extension in the direction different from the direction going from the one end to the first extension. The bagged skin portion is pulled in multiple directions, wide bags are corrected, and lines are planarized. Pulling force concentrates on one place and has no effect, and thereby the pit of the skin is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】シワ、弛みを生じた皮膚を矯正する効果が大きく、皮膚に不自然な陥凹が生じにくい貼付材を提供する。さらに、前述の貼付材を皮膚に適切に貼付することができる貼付具を提供する。【解決手段】弾性を有するフィルム状の支持体、及び支持体の一面に設けられた粘着剤層を備え、一端部及び他端部を有する基部と、他端部から延出している第１延出部と、第１延出部が延出している方向とは別方向へ前記他端部から延出している第２延出部と、を少なくとも備えて構成し、貼付されたときに基部が、弛んだ皮膚部分の少なくとも一部に貼付されており、一端部から第１延出部へ向けて牽引されており、かつ、一端部から第１延出部へ向かう方向とは別方向にある第２延出部へ向けて牽引されている貼付材である。弛んだ皮膚部分が複数方向に牽引され、広範囲の弛みが矯正され、シワが平坦化する。一箇所に牽引力が集中して及ばないため、皮膚の陥凹を免れる。【選択図】図３
