PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for solving the problems of a region method or a standard brain coordinate system statistical analysis method and displaying the image of the condition of each region in an organ such as the brain and heart of each person objectively and precisely.
SOLUTION: The method of image-related data processing is used for displaying a target part of an organ distinctively from other parts by an imaging processing device. The method includes the following steps. (1) The region to be distinguished from others in the organ is determined based on a standard organ atlas, and (2) the order of the region to be distinguished, determined by the process (1), is determined according to a condition for the imaging processing and the region border data is obtained. Next, (3) the organ to be observed is imaged and the observation data are obtained, and (4) the observation data are converted to standardized data by the anatomical standardization. Then, (5) the standardized data and the region border data obtained in the process (2) are combined and processed so that the condition of the target part in the organ is displayed.
