The present invention provides a method for producing gold nanoparticles using hydroxyl peroxide in an aqueous alkaline condition in the presence of a biocompatible protecting agent. The method of the invention does not involve toxic reagents and therefore are environmentally friendly. The gold nanoparticles thus produced can be used in biomedical applications including cancer therapy and drug delivery without purification.本發明提供一種在存有生物可相容的保護劑之水溶鹼性條件下使用過氧化氫製造金奈米粒子的方法。本發明之方法不涉及有毒試劑,因此是環保的。據此方法製造出的金奈米粒子不需純化而可用於生物醫學應用,包括癌症治療及藥物傳遞。
