PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent delivery apparatus by which insertion work of the distal end of a catheter part into a lumen can be easily carried out.SOLUTION: The stent delivery apparatus 1 includes a catheter part 2 which has an inner pipe 21 with a stent arrangement part 27 for arranging a stent 4 on an outer periphery face in the vicinity of the distal end and an outer pipe 22 through which the inner pipe 21 is slidably inserted and which holds the stent 4 arranged in a stent arrangement part 27 in a diameter contracted state.
