The present invention relates to an application-based larynx disease monitoring system and method. The application-based larynx disease monitoring method comprises: an analysis step in which an application records and analyzes user voice to extract user voice characteristics when receiving a request for determining a larynx disease, and provides a voice disorder questionnaire and analyzes the user response result to calculate a voice disorder index； and a determination step in which the application uses a neural network to determine the type of larynx disease corresponding to the user voice characteristics and the voice disorder index and to guide the user, wherein the neural network has the voice characteristic and the voice disorder index as input conditions, and the type of larynx disease as an output condition.본 발명은 어플리케이션 기반 후두 질환 모니터링 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 후두 질환 판별이 요청되면, 상기 어플리케이션이 사용자 목소리를 녹취 및 분석하여 사용자 음성 특성을 추출하고, 이와 함께 음성 장애 설문지를 제공한 후 사용자 응답 결과를 피드백받아 분석하여 음성 장애 지수를 계산하는 분석 단계； 및 상기 어플리케이션이 상기 신경망을 이용하여 상기 사용자 음성 특성과 상기 음성 장애 지수에 대응하는 후두 질환의 종류를 판별한 후 사용자에게 안내하는 판별 단계를 포함하며, 상기 신경망은 음성 특성 및 음성 장애 지수를 입력 조건으로, 후두 질환의 종류를 출력 조건으로 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
