PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pharmaceutical useful for prophylaxis or therapy of various diseases, symptoms, particularly pains associated with opioid &kappa receptors.SOLUTION: A 6,14-epoxymorphinan derivative represented by chemical formula (A) or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof and a pharmaceutical comprising the compound as an active ingredient are provided.
