PURPOSE: A fat inhaling device having a vibration piece is provided to enable a flexible rotation shaft to be rotated by a motor embedded in a console and to enable a rotation member of a hand piece body connected to the flexible rotation shaft to rotate by a tool moving back and forth to enable an injection syringe move back and forth and to reduce a caloric value, which is generated in a hand piece body, by enabling a rotation of rotation member to be rotated by a motor separately installed in an external side of the hand piece. CONSTITUTION: A fat inhaling device is installed in an injection unit(100) combined to an injection needle(105), an inhalation pipe(107) connected to the injection needle of the injection unit, a hand piece body(120) which installed a slider connected to an injection unit, and the hand piece body. The device is installed between a rotation member providing rotation motion in a slide side and the slide. The device includes a tool moving back and for the transmitting the slide by converting the rotation motion of the rotation member into the back and forth motion. An insulating member is included in a hand piece body.
