PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new and existing oligonucleotides for imparting new and modified immunostimulatory characteristics.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition related to an immunostimulating sequence-specific RNA oligonucleotide equivalent to 3 end sequence of single-chain negative-sense RNA genome RNA, or related to an immunostimulating 4-RNA motif provided as 5- C/U- U-G/U-U-3. In the new and existing oligonucleotides including CpG oligonucleotide, combination of this short RNA motif is sufficient to impart the new and modified immunostimulating characteristics.
