PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization device and a hot water device, which are capable of suppressing mixture of fragments or the like of a sterilization lamp protection tube into a fluid as a sterilization target when the sterilization lamp protection tube is damaged.SOLUTION: The sterilization device includes a sterilization lamp, a main body part, a sterilization lamp protection tube, and a flow-out prevention tube. The main body part includes inside thereof a flow passage for a fluid to be a sterilization target. The main body part houses the sterilization lamp inside thereof. The main body part has an opening part in its end part. The sterilization lamp protection tube is disposed inside the main body part, and has the sterilization lamp inserted thereto.
