PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an image diagnosis by mutually referencing a two-dimensional radiation image and a tomographic image, an image display device capable of accurately displaying a tomographic image corresponding to a position designated on the two-dimensional radiation image, and a radiation image capturing. A display system, an image display method, and an image display program are provided. SOLUTION: Based on a two-dimensional radiographic image and a plurality of tomographic images of the same subject, each position on the two-dimensional radiographic image and depth information, which is a position in the depth direction of a tomographic plane corresponding to each position, are stored. A depth map creation unit is provided that creates a plurality of depth maps that are associated with each other by changing the correspondence relationship between each position on the two-dimensional radiation image and the depth information.
