SOLUTION: This catheter 1 is stuck with a loading material 12, or a swellable polymer cut off under a use environment, by an adhesion section 11 having a melting point higher than the use environment, and the loading material 12 is cut off therefrom by irradiating and heating the adhesion part 11 with the light.
