Disclosed is a rotavator-integrated-type laser balancer formed to integrate a rotavator, which harrows the surface of a field, and a scraper, which levels the harrowed surface of the field, by a joining member. The scraper is lifted up independently by a hydraulic cylinder, supported by the joining member. Hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by a leveling control means, which calculates an average high and low value of the surface of the field and transmits a control signal based on the average high and low value.
