The invention provides for an immunogenic composition comprising a. a directed adjuvant comprising at least an anti-CD32 moiety linked to a TLR9 ligand and a first peptidic alpha-helix； and b. a gastrin-17 peptide immunogen linked to a second peptidic alpha-helix coiled to the first alpha-helix, which peptide immunogen is any of (i) human gastrin-17 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID 1, or a fragment thereof comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID 2, or at least the 4 N-terminal amino acids of SEQ ID 2； (ii) an analog of (i), preferably of rhesus monkey or murine origin； and/or (iii) a functionally active variant of any of (i) or (ii), with one, two, three or four point mutations in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID 2.
