The present invention relates to a walker including a waist and trunk orthotic for adult patients having weak muscular strength for body or arms which comprises: a walker body unit a waist orthotic and a body orthotic. The walker body unit includes: a fixed frame height adjustment holes chains a support frame, a protective cap a handle guard and wheels. The vertically reached fixed frame and support frame which support the walker, and height adjustment holes for adjusting heights of the walker are formed with predetermined intervals. In addition, the chains are existed in the upper end of the fixed frame and the protective cap is covered at the utmost upper unit of the support frame. The handle guard is fixed on the upper part of the fixed frame and support frame, and wheels are formed at the lowest end of the walker body unit. The waist orthotic unit is formed to include a tube type waist support belt, a fixed Velcro tape, a pump for adjusting circumference, and connection rings. The tube type waist support belt is located in the middle of the fixed frame and support frame by being surrounded. The Velcro tape is attached to the edge of the tube type waist support belt. In addition, the pump for adjusting circumference is attached, and a frame fixer is built in the rear center of the tube type waist support belt. The connection rings are formed in both rear sides of the tube type waist support belt.
