PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform load training of applying light loads at all times to muscles under training by an electric muscular stimulation device as well.SOLUTION: The periodically intermittent main signals of a pulse column and the sub signals of the pulse train which are intermittent in timing different from the main signals are used as stimulation signals. The electric muscular stimulation device comprises an operation means for setting the output strength of the main signals and the sub signals, and a stimulation signal generation means for outputting the main signals and the sub signals corresponding to the setting performed in the operation means. When an operation in which the output strength setting of the sub signals exceeds the output strength setting of the main signals is performed, the stimulation signal generation means is operated so as to suppress the strength of the sub signals to be equal to or lower than the strength of the main signals and output them. The stimulation signals generated by the method are impressed to the part desired to be trained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】トレーニング中の筋肉に、常時軽い負荷をかける負荷トレーニングを電気的筋肉刺激装置でも行えるようにする。【解決手段】定期的に間欠するパルス列の主信号と主信号とは異なるタイミングで間欠するパルス列の副信号を刺激信号として用いる。主信号記副信号との出力強度設定を行う操作手段と、操作手段になされた設定に応じて主信号及び副信号を出力する刺激信号発生手段とで構成する。副信号の出力強度設定が主信号の出力強度設定を超える操作がなされた時に刺激信号発生手段は、副信号の強度を主信号の強度以下に抑制して出力するようにする動作ささせる。上述の方法で生成した刺激信号を鍛えたい部位に印加することで課題を解決する。【選択図】 図2
