PURPOSE: An effecter structure of a surgical instrument is provided to freely rotate the surgical instrument by additionally installing a rotation plate in a gripper of the surgical instrument. CONSTITUTION: A surgical instrument has an effecter structure with a gripper. The surgical instrument includes a first jaw(10) and a second jaw(20). A first rotation unit(14) and a second rotation unit(24) are rotatably installed in the first jaw and the second jaw. The first rotation unit faces the second rotation unit. The surface of the rotation unit and a grip surface are located on the same plane.수술용 인스트루먼트의 이펙터 구조가 개시된다. 수술용 인스트루먼트 말단부에 결합되어 그립(grip) 동작을 수행하는 이펙터(effector)의 구조로서, 제1 죠(jaw)와, 그 그립(grip)면이 제1 죠의 그립면에 접촉함에 따라 그립 동작을 수행하는 제2 죠와, 제1 죠에 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 제1 회전부와, 제1 회전부에 대향하도록 제2 죠에 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 제2 회전부를 포함하는 수술용 인스트루먼트의 이펙터 구조는, 수술용 인스트루먼트의 그립퍼에 회전판을 추가로 설치함으로써, 회전판을 사용하여 조직이나 장기를 잡은 상태에서 인스트루먼트를 자유롭게 회동시킬 수 있다. 또한 회전판의 표면을 그립면과 동일하게 하거나, 회전판을 죠에 탄성적으로 지지시킴으로써 필요에 따라 회전가능한 그립핑 또는 고정적 그립핑을 선택하여 수술을 수행할 수 있다.
