The invention relates to an implant meant for body modifications at the genitalia level, to a medical instruments kit for implantation surgery and to the implant obtained by using the same. According to the invention, the implant consists of a body () made of titan or a titan-based alloy, in the shape of an ellipsoid, confined by a smooth external surface ().
