PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual propulsion vehicle which grasps users intension without needing displacement of a handle which provides a feeling of discomfort to the user.SOLUTION: A manual propulsion vehicle includes: a handle part a holding part which is rigidly coupled to the handle part a detection part which is attached to the holding part and detects micro deformation of the handle part and a contact part which is attached to the detection part so as to contact with the handle part.
