Provided is an intraocular lens insertion tool whereby, when a lubricant is injected into the insertion tool, the position of a supporting part of an intraocular lens can be maintained and, when the intraocular lens is pushed out from the insertion tool, the behavior of the intraocular lens can be stabilized. The intraocular lens insertion tool, which comprises a housing part for housing the intraocular lens, a plunger for pushing out the intraocular lens, and a first intraocular lens position control part being detachably mounted from the outside of the insertion tool and protruding into a space in which the intraocular lens is housed, is configured such that: a hole, through which an injection needle for supplying a lubricant from the outside of the insertion tool is to be inserted, is formed in the housing part; the first position control part is formed at such a position as assuring the contact thereof with the supporting part of the intraocular lens, said intraocular lens being housed in the housing part, in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis of the intraocular lens; and, in a projection from the optical axis direction of the intraocular lens of a main body of the insertion tool, said insertion tool being in a state where the intraocular lens is housed in the housing part, the hole is formed at a position overlapping the supporting part of the intraocular lens or on the opposite side to the first position control part with the supporting part placed therebetween.L'invention concerne un outil d'insertion de lentille intraoculaire, permettant, lorsqu'un lubrifiant est injecté dans l'outil d'insertion, de maintenir la position d'une partie support d'une lentille intraoculaire et, lorsque la lentille intraoculaire est poussée hors de l'outil d'insertion, de stabiliser le comportement de la lentille intraoculaire. L'outil d'insertion de lentille intraoculaire, qui comprend une partie boîtier destinée à loger la lentille intraoculaire, un piston pour pouss
