CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an immunoadjuvant, alternatives to antibiotic comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture A by mixing 35-45 parts by weight of water, 15-25 parts by weight of foil fracturing syrup, 3-8 parts by weight of banana fracturing syrup, 3-8 parts by weight of pineapple fracturing syrup, 15-25 parts by weight of soybean cake, and 15-25 parts by weight of molasse(S1)； manufacturing organic acid which is the first fermentation product obtained by inoculating 3-5 parts by weight of Aspergillus nicer NRRL 2322(ATCC 10577) to 100 parts by weight of the mixture and fermenting at 32-35 deg.
