PURPOSE: An immunoadjuvant, alternatives to antibiotic and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to plant novel lactobacillus which strongly controls harmful bacterial growth and has enhanced acid resistance under organic acid and natural mineral material condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an immunoadjuvant, alternatives to antibiotic comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture A by mixing 35-45 parts by weight of water, 15-25 parts by weight of foil fracturing syrup, 3-8 parts by weight of banana fracturing syrup, 3-8 parts by weight of pineapple fracturing syrup, 15-25 parts by weight of soybean cake, and 15-25 parts by weight of molasse(S1); manufacturing organic acid which is the first fermentation product obtained by inoculating 3-5 parts by weight of Aspergillus nicer NRRL 2322(ATCC 10577) to 100 parts by weight of the mixture and fermenting at 32-35 deg. Celsius for 5-10 days(S2); manufacturing a mixture including ion mineral by mixing and agitating 100 parts by weight of the first ferment with 5-10 parts by weight of scoria(S3); inoculating 3-5 parts by weight of Latobacillus platarum lactobacillus spawn with the mixture and manufacturing novel lactobacillus and amino acid chelated cluster ion mineral(S4); filtering the second fermentation product and developing the filtrate into the fluid immunoadjuvant and alternatives to antibiotic(S5); and developing the liquid product into powdered immunoadjuvant and alternatives to antibiotic(S6).
