Technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the receiver of GNSS signals, the group delay time (GD) of the SC GNSS GLONASS and GPS spacecraft signals is measured, the GD measured is taken into account in the software of the navigation equipment consumers (NEC), and the GPS signal receiver of consumer equipment comprises an antenna assembly, an analog highway of navigation signal processing of satellite navigation systems (AHNSP SNS), a reference generator, an input unit of calibration signal, a signal processing and control unit (SPCU), as well as a calibration system (SC) containing a frequency-generating device (FGD) and a phase increment measuring device (PIMD).
