Die Erfindung betrifft eine medizinische Vorrichtung mit einem expandierbaren Gittergeflecht (10) aus sich überkreuzenden Drähten (11, 12), die an wenigstens einem Längsende (15) des Gittergeflechts (10) Schlaufen (13, 14) bilden.
