PURPOSE: A vaccine is provided to use a deacylated nontoxic LOS as a immune adjurvants with a pathogenic organism originated antigen. A deacylated nontoxic LOS is provided to have an excellent safety as almost no toxic material exists while having a superb immune promoting effect in a immune reaction to a certain pathogenic organism. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of a vaccine comprises (a) a pathogenic organism originated antigen selected from a group composed of tuberculosis antigen, Bacillus anthracis antigen, Hepatitis A virus (HAV) antigen, Hepatitis B virus (HBV) antigen, Hepatitis C virus (HCV) antigen, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antigen, influenza virus antigen, Herpes simplex virus (HSV) antigen, Haemophilus influenzae type b (HIB) antigen, Neisseria meningitides antigen, Corynebacterium diphtheria antigen, Bordetella pertussis antigen, Clostridium tetani antigen and Varicella virus antigen； (b) a deacylated nontoxic lipoligosaccharide (LOS)； and (c) a carrier allowed pharmaceutically. A composition to induce growth of a dendritic cell contains the deacylated notoxic LOS.본 발명은 (a) 결핵균 항원, 탄저균 항원, HAV(Hepatitis A virus)의 항원, HBV(Hepatitis B virus)의 항원, HCV(Hepatitis C virus)의 항원, HIV(human immunodeficiency virus)의 항원, 인플루엔자 바이러스의 항원, HSV(Herpes simplex virus)의 항원, Hib(Haemophilusinfluenzae type b)의 항원, 나이세리아 메닝기티디스(Neisseria meningitidis)의 항원, 코니너박테리움 디프테리아(Corynebacterium diphtheria)의 항원, 보르데텔라 퍼투시스(Bordetella pertussis)의 항원, 클로스트리듐 테타니(Clostridium tetani)의 항원 및 바리셀라 바이러스(Varicella virus)의 항원으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 병원체 유래 항원； (b) 탈아실화 비독성 LOS(Lipooligosaccharide)； 및 (c) 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 백신 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
