PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for cooking foods in a microwave and a method for depositing the foods in the container.SOLUTION: A food cooker comprises: a lid consisting of an electromagnetic wave absorbing heat generator a container consisting of an electromagnetic wave shielding member and a storage container consisting of an electromagnetic wave shielding member. The container includes a plurality of holes at some intervals apart in any of a line or a plurality of lines. A liquid and foods are deposited in each hole of the container, the foods are included in an ice film and deposited in the hole, or the foods are included in an ice film with an ice film thickened part and deposited in the hole.
