The present invention relates to an air-expansion type rehabilitation device for autonomous finger exercise of stroke patients. The air-expansion type rehabilitation device comprises: an air glove unit which is worn on the patient′s affected hand and performs the extension movement of the finger by injecting air； a data glove unit wearing on the healthy hand of the stroke patient, and detecting the degree of bending of each of the finger in real time to deliver to a pneumatic part； and a pneumatic part for controlling to inject or discharge the air to the air glove unit based on the degree of bending of the healthy finger received from the data glove unit. In accordance with the change in the movement of the healthy finger of the stroke patient, the finger of the affected side is able to perform unfolding exercise and then perform the self-directed rehabilitation.본 발명은 뇌졸중 환자의 자율 수지 운동을 위한 공기 팽창형 재활운동장치에 관한 것이다. 공기 팽창형 재활운동장치는 환자의 환측 손에 착용하며, 공기를 주입하여 손가락의 신전운동을 수행하는 에어장갑부와, 뇌졸중 환자의 건측 손에 착용하며, 건측 손가락 각각의 굽힘 정도를 실시간으로 감지하여 공압부에 전달하는 데이터장갑부와, 상기 데이터장갑부로부터 수신된 건측 손가락의 굽힘 정도에 기초하여 상기 에어장갑부에 공기를 주입하거나 배출하도록 제어하는 공압부를 포함한다. 뇌졸중 환자의 건측 손가락의 움직임 변화에 따라 환측 손가락의 폄 운동이 가능하여 자기주도적인 재활운동이 가능하다.
