PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse oximeter capable od suppressing deterioration in SpO2 measurement accuracy due to variations in the wavelength of a light emitting device without measuring the wavelength of the light emitting device.SOLUTION: A pulse oximeter includes: a first table 401 in which a correspondence between a value equivalent to a light volume detected by a photodetector 122 and a peak wavelength is stored, and a value of the peak wavelength corresponding to a value equivalent to the light volume is output with the value equivalent to the light volume detected by the photodetector 122 as a reading address； a second table 402 in which a correspondence between the peak wavelength and an absorption coefficient is stored, and the absorption coefficient corresponding to the peak wavelength is output with the peak wavelength output from the first table 401 as a reading address； and an SpO2 calculation unit 404 for calculating SpO2 using the absorption coefficient and the value detected by the photodetector 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】発光素子の波長を測定することなしに、発光素子の波長のバラツキによるＳｐＯ２測定精度の低下を抑制できるパルスオキシメータを提供すること。【解決手段】パルスオキシメータは、フォトディテクター１２２で検出される光量に相当する値とピーク波長との対応関係が格納され、フォトディテクター１２２により検出された光量に相当する値を読み出しアドレスとして、当該光量に相当する値に対応するピーク波長の値が出力される第１のテーブル４０１と、ピーク波長と吸光係数との対応関係が格納され、第１のテーブル４０１から出力されたピーク波長を読み出しアドレスとして、当該ピーク波長に対応する吸光係数が出力される第２のテーブル４０２と、吸光係数とフォトディテクター１２２で検出された値とを用いて、ＳｐＯ２を算出するＳｐＯ２算出部４０４と、を有する。【選択図】図３
