PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid two-layer type cosmetic in which the upper layer is a transparent two-layer when left to stand, redispersibility is excellent when being shaken, a squeaking feeling of powder is not provided while providing a fresh feeling of use, and uniform finish and makeup durability are excellent.SOLUTION: A liquid two-layer type cosmetic contains: (a) 0.01 to 10 mass% of hydrogenated phospholipid (b) 0.01 to 5 mass% of α-olefin vinylpyrrolidone copolymer and (c) 5 to 20% of powder.
