The inner wall is formed through an inclined surface.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 혈소판을 혈액에서 손상이 없이 혈장과 혈구로 분리하기 위하여 사용되는 채혈관에 관한 것으로, 특히 별도의 시약을 사용치 아니하면서도 단순한 원심분리만으로도 WBC가 거의 없고 응축된 상태에서도 양이 많으며, 큰 혈소판을 갖는 혈장과 혈구로 분리가 가능토록 한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명에서는 채혈관의 내벽이 상부에서 하부로 점차적으로 좁아지도록 형성한 후 채혈관의 내벽을 타고 상하 승강되어지는 유동체를 위치토록 하고, 상기 유동체에는 유로를 형성토록 함으로서 유동체가 원심분리에 의하여 하강하게 되면서 혈장은 유동체의 상부로 유로룰 통하여 이동하게 되면서 완전한 이동이 가능한 범위에서는 유동체의 유로가 가압에 의하여 자연적으로 막힘이 발생토록 함으로서 혈장과 혈구로 분리된 상태에서의 완전한 분리가 가능토록 한 것이다.
