PURPOSE: A temperature-sensitive gel which is able to transfer hydrophobic and hydrophilic drugs is provided to use in drug delivery system and to ensure biocompatibility and biodegradability. CONSTITUTION: A temperature-sensitive gel for drug delivery contains temperature-reversible polysaccharide and pluronic synthetic polymer. The drug is hydrophilic or hydrophobic. The content ratio of the of the polysaccharide:pluronic is 1:0.1-1:1 in case of hydrophilic drug. The content ratio of the polysaccharide:pluronic is 1:0.01-1:0.1. The temperature-reversible polysaccharide is methylcellulose. A composition for sustained release drug delivery contains the temperature-sensitive gel and hydrophilic and/or hydrophobic drug.본 발명은 약물전달 시스템에 관한 발명으로서, 보다 구체적으로, 염석염을 함유하는, 분자량이 10000~20000 달톤인 온도가역성 다당류 및 플루로닉 합성고분자를 포함하는, 서방형 약물전달용 온도감응성 겔에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 약물전달 시스템은 저분자량의 천연고분자를 포함하고 합성고분자의 함량을 필요 최소한으로 줄임으로써 생체적합성 및 생분해성을 높임과 동시에, 소수성 및 친수성 약물 모두의 전달이 가능하므로 유비쿼터스 주입형 약물전달체 조성물의 제조에 유용하다.
