PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide percutaneous marking equipment which can reliably and safely make localization diagnosis of a lesioned part by not requiring visceral pleura centesis in marking the lesioned part percutaneously under CT guide prior to partial resection of a lung field peripheral part small-sized lesion in thoracoscopic surgery, and avoiding a complication such as air embolism associated with the centesis.SOLUTION: The percutaneous marking equipment is basically constituted by: an introducer needle composed of inner/outer double needles； a centesis needle insertable via the outer needle of the introducer needle； a catheter inserted into the outer needle of the introducer needle and serving as a coloring agent supply passage； and a marker stamp detachably connected with the catheter and capable of being impregnated with a coloring agent. According to necessity, the percutaneous marking equipment may includes as a set: a guide wire for guiding the catheter； an indicator sheet serving as an indicator of an implantation position of the introducer needle and as position fixing means； a protector preventing the introducer needle from being shifted from a body surface puncture position； and incising means attached on a percutaneous injury part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】胸腔鏡下手術による肺野末梢部小型病変の部分切除に先立ち、ＣＴガイド下で病変部を経皮的にマーキングするさい、臓側胸膜穿刺を不要にすることで、穿刺に伴う空気塞栓等の合併症を回避することができ、病変部の局在診断を確実に、かつ、安全に行うことのできる経皮的マーキング器具を提供すること。【解決手段】内外二重針よりなるイントロデューサ針と、該イントロデューサ針の外針を通して挿入可能な穿刺針と、イントロデューサ針の外針に挿通され色素剤供給通路となるカテーテルと、該カテーテルに着脱自在に接続される色素剤含浸可能なマーカースタンプにより基本構成され、必要に応じて、カテーテル誘導のためのガイドワイヤー、前記イントロデューサ針の刺入位置の指標及び位置固定手段となる指標シート、イントロデューサ―針の体表穿刺位置からのずれを防止するプロテクター、経皮的な創部に装着される開創手段をセットとして備えても良い。【選択図】図１
