The present invention provides an adapter for a suction tube, the adapter comprising: a body unit which is a tubular body having a hollow portion formed therein and has a guide groove formed along an outer circumference on the front side in the longitudinal direction, and in which the rear side in the longitudinal direction thereof is inserted into one side end of a tube connected to a suction unit； an operation unit which is a tubular body having a hollow portion formed therein, has an inward flange formed to the rear end side thereof to be bent toward the center of the hollow portion, and is received in a guide groove of the body unit to rotate on the basis of the longitudinal direction center of the body unit as an axis； an inner flow path member which is a tubular body having a hollow portion formed therein, has a protrusion piece formed in the outer circumferential direction on the center, and has the rear side inserted into the front of the hollow portion of the body unit to come into surface-contact with the rear surface of the protrusion piece and the front surface of the body unit； a support member which has an annular shape and has the longitudinal direction rear surface coupled to the front side of the inner flow path member to come into surface-contact with the front surface of the protrusion piece of the inner flow path member, and in which the rear end of a suction nozzle body is coupled to the operation unit so as to provide elasticity； and a plurality of packing members which are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the support member to seal a fluid between the support member and the operation unit not to be leaked to the outside. According to the present invention, a suction nozzle can rotate by 360°； around the longitudinal direction as an axis, and thus a tube is not twisted while being used.
