There is provided a method of manufacturing a fiber containing juice beverage comprising the steps of providing a mash with a fruit composition which includes one or more types of fruit; Teilentsaftens of the mash to obtain a press juice and a teilentsaftete mash; of displacing the teilentsafteten mash with an enzyme preparation containing at least one enzyme that is capable of cleaving a polysaccharide hydrolysis, and let soak of the enzyme preparation on the teilentsaftete mash; of separating coarse constituents from the enzymierten teilentsafteten mash using at least one screen, so as to obtain a high fiber-containing, liquid fruit component; and comprises the mixing of the fiber-containing liquid fruit component with press juice to a high-fiber containing juice beverage.
