The present invention relates to a method for generating a two-dimensional image of an electrocardiogram signal for user identification, and more specifically, extracting a forward electrocardiogram signal and a reverse electrocardiogram signal corresponding to a plurality of cycles from an input electrocardiogram signal and converting it into a two-dimensional image. By doing so, it relates to a method for generating a two-dimensional image of an electrocardiogram signal for user identification that can increase user-specific information and improve user identification performance.본 발명은 사용자 식별을 위한 심전도 신호의 2차원 영상 생성 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 입력된 심전도 신호로부터 복수 개의 한 주기에 해당되는 정방향 심전도 신호와 역방향 심전도 신호를 추출하여 2차원 영상으로 변환함으로써, 개인 고유 정보가 증가하여 사용자 식별 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 사용자 식별을 위한 심전도 신호의 2차원 영상 생성 방법에 관한 것이다.
