PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like antibacterial agent from which a large amount of antibacterial/antifungal metal ion can be eluted more safely, quickly and reasonably, since, conventionally, plastic products such as a bag, a container and packing paper made of plastic in which an inorganic antibacterial agent is blended can be provided, but only the antibacterial agent present near the surface of the plastic is effective, to provide a packing material in which the sheet-like antibacterial agent is used, and to obtain the metal ionized water which is hardly obtained by dissolving a solid metal in water or a diluted organic acid and contains safe, effective and high-concentration antibacterial/antifungal ions.SOLUTION: The sheet-like antibacterial agent having antibacterial/antifungal properties can be obtained by using a plastic film as a base material and forming a thin film of silver, copper, zinc or an alloy thereof on one side of the plastic film without protecting the formed film, and the sheet-like antibacterial agent is used while being brought into direct contact with foods and flowering plants. The packing material is obtained by using the sheet-like antibacterial agent. The metal ionized water having antibacterial and antifungal properties which are not obtained from the solid metal can be obtained safely with high concentration, when impregnating the sheet-like antibacterial agent with water or the diluted organic acid represented by diluted citric acid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】無機系抗菌剤を配合したプラスティックからなる袋や容器、包装紙といったプラスティック製品は従来から提供できたが。抗菌剤はプラスティックの表面近くに存在するものしか実効性がなく、より安全で迅速で合理的に且つ多量に抗菌・抗カビ金属イオンを溶出できるシート状抗菌剤やそれを使用した包装材が求められていた。又、固体金属からは水や希有機酸には溶融が難しかった安全で有効な抗菌・抗カビ性イオンを高い濃度で持つ金属イオン水も実現する。【解決方法】プラスティックフィルムを基材として片側に銀、銅又は亜鉛或いはそれらの合金を薄い皮膜として設け、その当該金属皮膜が保護されることなく食品、花卉類と直接接触し、抗菌性、抗カビ性を有するシート状抗菌剤やそれを応用した包装材が得られる。又当該シート状抗菌剤を水や希クエン酸に代表される希有機酸液に浸漬すると固体金属からは得られなかった抗菌・抗カビ性を持つ、又安全で濃度の高い金属イオン水が得られる。【選択図】なし
