Because as for the polyethylene foam material with time lapse the water permeates, buoyancy to fall, because as for the hard urethane the water does not permeate, it is possible to continue the same buoyancy.< Choice figure >Drawing 1【課題】車いすに浮力を与え、水没の危険を避け、かつ、浮力体を硬質ウレタンなど固く軽い素材に変えて、浮力を確保し、尚衝撃に強い救命胴衣として人体を守る事を可能にする浮上型車いすを提供する。【解決手段】ゴムチューブに硬質ウレタンを注入する事で堅く変形のない性質を利用したチューブ状浮力体を装着し津波や水害時の避難の際、水面から全体が浮く様にして、浮遊障害物から身体を守る事ができる浮上型車いすを形成する。また硬質ウレタンの独立気室構造体を使用することで時間が経過しても水が浸透することはない。発泡ポリエチレン素材は時間経過とともに水が浸透するので浮力が落ち、硬質ウレタンは水が浸透しないので同じ浮力を継続することが出来る。【選択図】図1
