PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method of Antrodia camphorate extract which can enhance an elution efficiency of dehydrosulphurenic acid.SOLUTION: An impregnated Antrodia camphorate is acquired by impregnating a herbal medicine material of Antrodia camphorate into a saline solution and allowing the above herbal medicine material of Antrodia camphorate to absorb the above saline solution. Then, by soaking the above impregnated Antrodia camphorate into an alcoholic solvent and subjecting to supersonic oscillation to acquire an Antrodia camphorate extract, the Antrodia camphorate extract can be extracted from Antrodia camphorate efficiently.
