A fish trapping-preventing fish tank comprising an outer tank (1) and a filter (3). The outer tank is opened at the top and closed at the remaining sides. The filter comprises a water inlet pipe, a water pump component, and a filtered water outlet component. An inner tank (2) is provided within the outer tank. The inner tank is opened at the top and provided at the bottom and two sidewalls with gratings through which fish cannot pass. The water inlet pipe of the filter is provided between the outer tank and the inner tank. A water inlet of the water inlet pipe is provided below the inner tank. The water pump component and the filtered water outlet component are provided over the outer tank. A water outlet of the filtered water outlet component are arranged above the inner tank. A toggle plate (4) is provided under the bottom of the inner tank. The toggle plate is grill-shaped and the grill thereof correspond to the grating at the bottom of the inner tank. The toggle plate is linked to the filter via a linking mechanism (5) to make an oscillating motion. The height of a ridged protrusion of the toggle plate is higher than the thickness of the gratings of the inner tank. The beneficial effects of the fish trapping-preventing fish tank are such that: by separating a fish culturing area from a water inlet for purified water, cases of a fish being trapped by the water inlet are completely prevented from occurring and the small-scale circumferential oscillation of the toggle plate prevents fecal settlement and the resulting impeded circulation due to the bottom of the inner tank being closed, any fecal settlement is effectively broken and discharged downwards by means of the ridged protrusion combined with the circumferential oscillation.Linvention concerne un réservoir à poissons empêchant le piégeage des poissons comprenant un réservoir externe (1) et un filtre (3).
