PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method easily and reliably positioning a users lying with respect to an electric bed having a back lifting angle adjustment function.SOLUTION: By a lying positioning method of a user A with respect to an electric bed 3, the user A of the electric bed 3 is positioned at a lying position adapted to operation by means of a back lifting angle adjustment function with respect to the electric bed 3 having a back lifting angle adjustment function. A lying positioning scale 1, which includes divisions of a body length determined based on a relation between the body lenth of a person and a sacral region or hip joint, is cut in the division corresponding to the body length of the user A in the divisions of a body length, extended horizontally in a state in which a reference position 1A of the lying positioning scale 1 is arranged while matched with a reference position 4A of the electric bed 3, and a tip 1C of the lying positioning scale 1 is positioned while matched with a vertex B of the user A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
