PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article further fitting an absorbent core to the body and capable of suppressing leakage.SOLUTION: An absorbent core (31) of an absorbent article comprises a high basis weight part (33), a middle basis weight part (35) positioned on the outside of the high basis weight part in the width direction, and having a basis weight lower than that of the high basis weight part, and a low basis weight part (34) having a basis weight lower than that of the middle basis weight part. The high basis weight part has a first high basis weight part (331) and a second high basis weight part (332) arranged at intervals in the back and forth direction. The low basis weight part has a first area (341A) provided between the first high basis weight part and the second high basis weight part, and a pair of second areas (342B) substantially connected to the first area on the outside of the first area in the width direction.
