PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide incontinence pants with a male genital organ reception pad, capable of surely absorbing and holding urine discharged from a male genital organ without leakage to outside, and enabling an absorption pad mounted to an inner face of a crotch part of the underpants to absorb urine when an amount of urine is large.SOLUTION: The incontinence pants are provided in which an absorption pad 11 is mounted to an inner face of a crotch 4 of an underpants body 1. The incontinence pants comprises a male genital organ reception pad 12 formed into conical cylindrical shape, and having, on an upper end, a large-diameter insertion opening part 13 for male genital organ and, on a lower end, a small-diameter urine leakage hole 14. The male genital organ reception pad 12 is removably mounted to an inner face of the underpants body 1 while the urine leakage hole 14 overlaps the absorption pad 11. The incontinence pants are constituted in such a manner that the urine is absorbed to the reception pad 12 when an amount of urine is small, and the urine is absorbed to the absorption pad 11 through the urine leakage hole 14 of the reception pad 12 when the urine amount is large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 男性性器から排泄した尿を外部に漏出させることなく確実に吸収、保持することができると共に排尿量が多量の場合にはパンツの股部の内面に装着している吸水パッドに吸収させることができる男性性器受入れパッドを備えた失禁用パンツを提供する。【解決手段】 パンツ本体１の股部４の内面に吸水パッド11を装着してなる失禁用パンツにおいて、上端に大径の男性性器の挿入開口部13を有し、下端に小径の尿漏出口14を設けている円錐状筒体形状に形成された男性性器受入れパッド12を、上記尿漏出口14を上記吸水パッド11上に重ねた状態にしてパンツ本体１の内面に取り外し可能に装着してあり、排尿量が少量の場合には受入れパッド12に吸収させ、多量の場合にはこの受入れパッド12の上記尿漏出口14を通じて上記吸水パッド11に吸収させるように構成している。【選択図】 図３
