The present invention prepares fermented feeds using EM virus, thereby preventing inoculation of saprogenic bacteria until 12-24 hours when opening TMR feeds of which fermentation is completed, and reducing foreign currency in a domestic market dependent upon imports by preventing disuse caused by decay in the summer season. Also, by feeding fermented TMR feeds to livestock, the present invention improves digestive efficiency； promotes health and growth of livestock as nourishment of feeds is optimized according to growth duration of livestock； and improves the environment of a shed since the intestinal environment of livestock is improved, thereby reducing the amount of excretion and malodor.본 발명은 EM 균을 이용하여 발효사료를 제조함으로써, 발효가 완료된 TMR 사료를 개봉하였을 때 12 ~ 24 시간까지 부패균의 접종을 막을 수 있어 하절기에 부패로 인한 폐기를 막아 수입에 의존하는 국내시장에서의 외화 절감 효과가 있다.또한, 발효 TMR 사료를 가축에게 급여함으로써, 소화효율을 향상시키고 가축의 생육기간에 따라 사료의 영양분이 최적화되어 가축의 건강증진 및 성장을 촉진시키며 가축의 장내 환경이 개선되어 분뇨량이 줄고 악취가 감소되어 축사의 환경개선에 효과가 있다.
