摘要：: The present invention relates to benzimidazol-2-amines of general formula (I) : in which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11 and R12 are as defined herein, to methods of preparing said compounds, to intermediate compounds useful for preparing said compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said compounds and to the use of said compounds for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of a disease, in particular of neoplasms, as a sole agent or in combination with other active ingredients.本發明係關於通式(I)之苯并咪唑-2-胺：其中R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及R12係如本文中所定義；製備該等化合物之方法、可用於製備該等化合物之中間體化合物、包括該等化合物之醫藥組合物及組合，以及該等化合物用以製造用於作為唯一藥劑或與其他活性成分組合治療或預防疾病、尤其贅瘤之醫藥組合物之用途。
