PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a synthetic resin blood vessel clip, and the synthetic resin blood vessel clip, in which uniform clip force can be obtained in the usage.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin blood vessel clip 10 is integrally formed by a thermoplastic synthetic resin material, and has an annular tab part 11 and clip pieces 12, 13 extended outside from respective ends 11a, 11b of the tab part 11 so as to be spread as long piece parts. The clip pieces 12, 13 are made to intersect against the resin elasticity of the tab part 11, and recesses 14, 15 being different in the opening direction formed in the respective ends 11a, 11b are fitted and locked. When assembled in this way, a pinching surface 12a of the clip piece 12 and a pinching surface 13a of the clip piece 13 are brought into an engagement state being abutted to each other by resin elastic restoring force due to deformation (reduced diameter deformation) of the tab part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用に際して均一なクリップ力を得ることができる合成樹脂製血管用クリップの製造方法及び合成樹脂製血管用クリップを提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性の合成樹脂材で一体に成形される合成樹脂製血管用クリップ10は、輪状の摘み部11と、摘み部11の各端部11a、11bから外側に広がるように延びる長片部としてのクリップ片12、13とを有している。クリップ片12、13を摘み部11の樹脂弾性に抗して交差させ、各端部11a、11bに形成された開口方向が異なる凹部14、15を嵌合させて係止めする。このように組立すると、クリップ片12の把持面12aとクリップ片13の把持面13aとが、摘み部11の変形(縮径変形)による樹脂弾性の復元力で互いに当接した咬合状態となる。【選択図】図1
