PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprouting machine which can evacuate shower heads to non-obstructive places, when seed rice is taken out from a sprouting tank or taken in the sprouting tank, and can eliminate a dead space due to an obstructive space.SOLUTION: A turnable piping member 13 spun in parallel to one side edge of a sprouting tank 2 is disposed. A plurality of shower heads 11 are disposed side by side on the piping member 13, and a supply pipe 12 for supplying heated water from a water-heating and circulating device 3 is connected to the piping member. A lever-associating fitting 16 is attached to an intermediate pipe 14, and a lever 15 is operated to rotate the piping member 13. Thus, the shower heads 11 are simultaneously raised, when the seed rice is taken out from the sprouting tank 2 or taken in the sprouting tank 2, and the shower heads 11 are simultaneously laid, when spraying on the sprouting tank 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】催芽槽から種籾を出し入れする際、シャワーヘッドを邪魔にならない位置に退避させ、かつ、その退避スペースによるデッドスペースを解消できるようにする。【解決手段】催芽槽2の一側縁と平行させて架け渡した回動自在な配管部材14を設ける。配管部材13に複数のシャワーヘッド11を併設するとともに、加温水循環装置3からの加温水を供給する供給管12を配管部材13と連結する。中継管14にレバー連動金具16を取り付け、レバー15を操作して配管部材13を回転させることによって、催芽槽2から種籾を出し入れする際、各シャワーヘッド11を一斉に起立させ、催芽槽2に散水する際は、各シャワーヘッド11を一斉に倒す。【選択図】図2
