PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liposome improved in controlling release of active drugs by ionizing radiation irradiation, to provide liposome preparation including drugs in liposome, and to provide a method for preparing liposome and a method of releasing drugs from the liposome preparation by controlling the molar ratio of liposome membrane ingredients.SOLUTION: The liposome whose membrane ingredients comprise (A) an unsaturated phospholipid having an acyl group of linoleic residue or a derivative thereof, (B) a saturated phospholipid having an acyl group of a stearic residue or a derivative thereof, and (C) cholesterol or a derivative thereof and the membrane formed of the membrane ingredients uses liposome at least partially decomposable by being exposed to ionizing radiation. Thereby, as the liposome is effectively decomposed at the cure-requested part by irradiating ionizing radiation, so drugs in the liposome can be more effectively applied.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】電離放射線の照射による活性薬剤の放出の制御が改善されたリポソーム、リポソーム内に薬剤を含んでなるリポソーム製剤、リポソーム膜の成分のモル比を調整することによるリポソームの調整方法並びにリポソーム製剤から薬剤を放出する方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】膜成分が、(A)アシル基がリノール酸残基である不飽和リン脂質若しくはその誘導体、(B)アシル基がステアリン酸残基である飽和リン脂質若しくはその誘導体、及び(C)コレステロール若しくはその誘導体を含んでなり、かつ、前記膜成分から形成される膜が、電離放射線に曝露されることにより少なくとも部分的に分解されることを特徴とするリポソームを使用する。その結果、電離放射線の照射により、要治療部位でリポソームがより効率的に分解されるので、リポソーム内の薬物をより効果的に与えることができる。【選択図】図1
