The present invention provides an electromagnetic stimulation device. Energy stored in a magnetic field can be released in a short period of time when an input current is stopped so as to output an electromagnetic pulse with high voltage and high current by self-inductance of an inductor in order to stimulate organisms. The directions of the current and magnetic field in the major stimulating stage are opposite to that of the input current and magnetic field.
