A fixed position display kit provided with: a mold that is formed from a non-imaging-affecting material, which does not interfere with imaging by a bioimaging device, so as to surround at least a site to be analyzed of a living organism; a sol-gel transition filler that is introduced into the mold in a sol state, subsequently transitions to a gel state, and fixes at least the site to be analyzed; and a position guide formation means that is imaged by the bioimaging device and serves as a position guide that is visible to humans. As a result, a cross sectional image created by a bioimaging device and a cross sectional image created through microscopic observation can be accurately matched and a bioimaging device and microscope can both be used to observe the same site or roughly the same site.
